Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services offered by Ffbet. By opening an account and using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies. The Services are intended for adults only in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal. We may communicate with you by electronic means for notices related to your account.

Definitions

In these Terms the following terms have the meanings shown: Account means your registered profile on the Ffbet platform; Services means gaming, wagering and related offerings provided through the Ffbet platform; Website means the online platform operated by Ffbet; Bonuses or Promotions means any promotional offers provided by Ffbet; KYC means know your customer identity verification; AML means anti money laundering compliance; Regulators means authorities with regulatory oversight; You means the person who holds or uses an Account; We or Us refers to Ffbet as the Operator of the Services.

Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age where gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you must be legally capable of entering a binding contract. You must not be prohibited by law from gambling in your location. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Only one Account may be held by a single person unless we expressly permit additional Accounts. We may suspend or close Accounts found to breach these requirements.

Account Ownership and Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensure you log out at the end of each session. Do not share devices or allow others to use your Account. If you suspect unauthorized access or misuse, notify Ffbet immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or investigate Accounts suspected of compromise or fraud.

KYC and AML Compliance

To comply with legal and regulatory obligations, we may request documents to verify identity and source of funds. Acceptable documents include a clear government issued ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and current address, and a recent photograph if required. You will be given a deadline to provide documentation. We will review submissions and advise of verification status within 24 hours of receipt; further documents may be requested. Accounts failing to satisfy verification requirements may be suspended or closed.

Use of the Services and Restrictions

You must use the Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes manipulation or circumvention of games, cheating, collusion, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the Services. You may not attempt to create or use multiple Accounts or transfer funds between Accounts. We may terminate or suspend an Account for unauthorized or improper use and may forfeit balances as appropriate.

Financial Transactions

You may deposit funds into your Account using methods disclosed by Ffbet. Deposits must be in the currency of your Account; currency conversions may apply for deposits in other currencies at applicable rates. Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals as disclosed at the time of the transaction. If a deposit is not wagered at least three times before withdrawal, a processing fee of 3 percent may be charged. You are responsible for any banking charges imposed by payment providers or banks.

Promotions, Bonuses and Responsible Gambling

Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms which will be provided with each offer. Ffbet reserves the right to deny, withhold or withdraw any bonus or promotion if there is evidence of abuse or misappropriation. Wagering requirements and conditions will be stated in the Promotions Terms and must be met before any bonus winnings are withdrawable. We advocate responsible gambling and provide tools for self exclusion and spending limits. If you believe you have a gambling problem, seek appropriate help and use available support resources.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with your use of the Services will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may share information with regulators, payment providers and other entities as required by law. Your data may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the EEA for the purposes of providing the Services. By using the Services you consent to such transfers in connection with the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Account Management and Restrictions

We support accounts in multiple currencies and do not extend credit. We may close or suspend an Account and refund funds where appropriate to maintain fairness or in response to regulatory or policy reasons. We may refuse, restrict, or limit wagers at any time for any reason, including to prevent fraudulent activity or to comply with limits set by the Operator. If an Account is closed due to noncompliance, related bets may be cancelled or voided.

Inactivity, Dormant Accounts and Closure

A dormant Account is one with no login or activity for 12 consecutive months. We may close such an Account and remove any real money balance. Reopening may be possible within six months of closure upon request; promotional balances and bonuses may be forfeited on closure. Administrative fees may apply to dormant Accounts.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services and the content on the Platform belong to Ffbet or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, noncommercial purposes and may not reproduce, distribute or modify content except as permitted by applicable law or with express authorization. Security measures including encryption remain the property of Ffbet and must not be compromised.

Termination and Suspension

Ffbet may suspend or terminate your Account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or noncooperation with verification requests. You may terminate your account by notifying us in writing. Upon termination we will return any funds owed to you in accordance with applicable law, not exceeding the initial deposit. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations arising before termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ffbet excludes all warranties and any liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability in any claim arising from the use of the Services is limited to the amount of funds you have in your Account or the total amount of your deposits, whichever is greater, except where prohibitions apply by law. We are not liable for third party services or events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, bugs or errors in the software or delays by payment providers.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local law requirements where applicable.

Changes to These Terms

Ffbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Substantive changes will be communicated in advance where feasible. If you object to changes you may discontinue use of the Services or close your Account. Continued use after changes represents acceptance of the updated Terms.

Communication and Notices

We may contact you via your registered email address or through notices displayed on the Platform. It is your responsibility to maintain current contact details. Communications are deemed delivered when transmitted to your registered address or displayed on the Website.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ffbet in relation to the Services and supersede all prior communications. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
