Introduction
The FFbet Betting Rules govern all wagers placed through FFbet’s Sportsbook and related betting markets. They define permissible bet types, stake levels, how odds are calculated, when and how bets are settled, procedures for cancellations or suspensions, and how disputes are resolved. By placing a bet you acknowledge and agree to these Rules, in addition to FFbet’s Responsible Gambling policy and the general terms of use for your FFbet account.
General Rules
-
Minimum stake: The minimum stake for any single bet is 1 EUR. The maximum stake for a given bet varies by market and regulatory jurisdiction; the maximum applicable to your bet is shown on the bet slip at placement.
-
Market data and terminology: Betting offers present data on the event, market type, participants, outcomes, and the terms. Standard abbreviations used are: 1 = home/first participant, 2 = away/second participant, X = draw, 1X = home or draw, 2X = away or draw, 12 = home or away win.
-
Operator rights: FFbet reserves the right to refuse, in whole or in part, any bet at its sole discretion. The operator may void or revise bets where the outcome is known, a participant has gained a material advantage, funds are insufficient, or irregularities are suspected. Staked funds may be refunded or adjusted consistent with these Rules.
-
Cancellation and modification: Bets cannot be cancelled or altered once placed and confirmed, except where Cash Out is offered and exercised by the customer.
-
No interdependent parlay bets: FFbet does not accept multi-bet parlays across markets that influence one another. If such a bet is accepted by mistake, the bet may be cancelled after settlement; partial validity does not survive in such cases.
-
Post-outcome bets and adjustments: Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after a participant has gained a material advantage, may be voided in full or part at FFbet’s discretion.
-
Acceptance window: Bets are accepted up to the advertised start time. Bets that include an event after its start time and are not live bets may be treated as non-runners. Live bets are governed by live-market rules where applicable.
-
Odds format and settlement: All bets are settled using decimal odds, regardless of the odds display format selected by the customer.
-
Bet concurrency: Bets comprising multiple selections within the same event are generally not accepted unless governed by a Bet Builder feature or another specified exception.
-
Event cancellation or abandonment: If an event is canceled, related bets are void and stakes refunded. If an event is abandoned after start, settled bets stand to time of abandonment; unsettled bets may be voided.
-
Price errors: FFbet does not accept responsibility for typographical or obvious price errors. Bets placed at such errors are void.
-
Live information integrity: FFbet endeavors to provide accurate live betting information, but customers bear responsibility for verifying information before placing bets.
-
Winnings and official results: Winnings are credited after confirmation of the final and officially announced result, in accordance with these Rules.
-
Regular play time basis: For sports bets, outcomes are determined based on the regular playing time of the match unless the market specifies otherwise. Markets including extra time, overtime, or penalties are settled per the market description.
-
Event duration thresholds: In some sports, a minimum duration or partial completion may be required before bets are deemed settled. If an event lasts beyond the stated threshold, bets may be considered valid; otherwise, settlements follow the market terms described at the time of bet acceptance.
-
Outright markets and play-or-pay: Outright (short-term and long-term) markets may operate under a play-or-pay rule. Bets on listed participants stand regardless of their ability to participate; head-to-head markets are excluded. If a listed participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets may stand while certain individual markets may be void.
-
Special offers: Promotional terms may apply to specific customer groups. Promotions do not alter the fundamental Rules unless expressly stated.
-
Exceptional circumstances: In cases of abandonment, cancellation, postponement, venue changes, or material alterations to a sports event, FFbet may void or refund bets in whole or part as appropriate. Disputes will be resolved under these Rules.
Bet Settlement
All results used for settlement are based on official results from the governing body or official competition sources. Where official data is unavailable or inconsistent, FFbet may rely on independent sources or in-house statistics for settlement, but will apply the most authoritative result available at the time of settlement.
-
Settlement basis: In general, settlements rely on official results. If an official result is altered after initial settlement, FFbet may adjust or reverse settlements accordingly, including refunds or re-settlement when required by updated official data.
-
Non-participants and injuries: If a participant is listed in a market but does not complete the event for any reason, bets on that participant may remain valid or be adjusted in accordance with the market terms. If injury or other news significantly affects prices, FFbet may void bets, apply deductions, or adjust to the next price after the market has been revised due to the news.
-
Selections not offered: If the ultimate winning selection is unavailable, bets on other selections in the market may stand and be settled per these Rules.
-
Indicative score and timing: Scoreboards may be indicative; FFbet will not be held responsible for bets placed on such indicators.
-
Settlement timing: Markets are typically settled shortly after the event concludes. The maximum period between initial settlement and potential re-settlement is 30 days.
Re-Settlement and Errors
Markets may be settled before an official result is declared as a customer service benefit. FFbet reserves the right to re-settle if the official result differs from the initial settlement, or if the entire market is declared void. If a mistake is detected in accepting a bet, whether before or after the event start, the bet may be cancelled. Examples of operator mistakes include obviously erroneous odds, data-entry errors, live-odds not reflecting the real course of the match, or mismatches between offered outcomes and the main market.
-
Retroactive settlements: If a re-settlement occurs, customer balances may be adjusted to reflect the corrected market outcome.
-
Errors in accepting bets: A mistake by the operator may lead to cancellation of the affected bet(s) or adjustment to reflect the correct terms, provided the error is identified before the final conclusion of the event or as permitted by these Rules.
-
Data integrity: In events where data varies between sources, FFbet may settle according to the official competition data or, in the absence of official data, based on FFbet’s internal records and reasonable judgment.
Live Betting and VAR
FFbet provides live betting as a service feature. Decisions by officiating authorities remain binding; if a decision by a Video Assistant Referee (VAR) conflicts with the original on-pitch decision and affects the event state during the bet window, bets placed between the moment of the incident and the final VAR decision may be deemed void, unless the specific bet offer already accounted for the VAR outcome. Settlement of all other bets not impacted by the VAR decision shall stand. FFbet reserves the right to reverse settlements if subsequent official decisions render prior settlements inaccurate.
Types of Bets and Features
-
Single bets: Individual selections are settled on their respective outcomes.
-
Parlay/Accumulator: Bets spanning multiple events are not accepted unless explicitly permitted by a feature such as Bet Builder. If accepted unintentionally, the bet may be cancelled.
-
Bet Builder: A permitted feature allowing custom combinations within a single event. Other multi-event arrangements are not covered by Bet Builder.
-
Cash Out: The Cash Out option may be offered where available, allowing partial or full settlement before an event concludes, subject to liquid funds and market risk.
Outright Markets
Outright markets operate under the Play-or-Pay principle. Bets on listed participants stand regardless of whether the listed participant can participate. In head-to-head markets, Play-or-Pay does not apply. If a participant is replaced by another participant within the same team, team-based markets may remain valid while individual performance markets may be voided, in accordance with these Rules.
Postponements, Cancellations, and Venue Changes
-
Postponements: If an event is postponed beyond a reasonable period or not resumed within 48 hours of the original start time, FFbet may void unsettled bets and refund stakes, unless stated otherwise in the market description.
-
Abandonment: If an event is abandoned after start and not resumed, settled markets stand to the time of abandonment; undecided bets may be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise dictated by market terms.
-
Venue or opponent changes: Any change to the venue or to the opponent may void all bets on the affected event, unless market terms specify otherwise.
