1. General Provisions

These General Bonus Terms govern all bonus offers provided by Ffbet on the Website, including but not limited to Deposit Bonuses, No Deposit Bonuses, Free Spins, Free Bets, and any special promotions. They form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and prevail over conflicting provisions within offer-specific terms when applicable.

• Eligibility and account integrity: Each bonus is issued to a single person, corresponding to one residential address, one email address, one telephone number, one payment method, and one device. Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses constitutes bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and possible account closure.

2. Bonus Funds and Wagering

Bonus funds are credited to a dedicated bonus balance and are only withdrawable after satisfying the applicable wagering requirements. Wagering requirements are calculated on the basis of the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount as stated in the offer.

• Activation sequence: When multiple bonuses are active, wagering accrues in the sequence of activation, and real-money wagers are applied before bonus-money wagers.

Auto-cancellation rules may apply if the active balance drops below the defined threshold. No withdrawal of bonus funds occurs until all wagering requirements have been met and the bonus is converted to real balance.

6. No Deposit Bonuses

No deposit bonuses, Free Spins or other complimentary offers may have separate limits on winnings and withdrawal. The maximum payout from No Deposit Bonuses is capped as detailed in the No Deposit terms and may be subject to verification (KYC) before any withdrawal. Some jurisdictions may be excluded from No Deposit offers; reference the offer terms for eligibility.

• Verification for withdrawals: KYC documents (government-issued ID, proof of residency) may be required before processing withdrawals related to No Deposit Bonuses.

7. Welcome Package Terms
